Meet the Management Company – Who is JH National?
JH National manages approximately 4,500 properties all over the UK, they manage individual units and offer guaranteed rents. They work with local agents up and down the country helping them provide: tenants, inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs, and we work with a number of developers throughout the UK.
Horizon is located in a prime spot for the students, but also for professionals, as it’s on the doorstep of the city centre. It’s a development quiet unique to the area. There are communal areas for both young professionals and students, such as a communal gymnasium and a cafe – so it’s really quite different to what the local students have seen before – making it a very exciting project.
